Board of Directors

Through the development of effective policies, the Board of Directors shall provide an encompassing operating framework for the overall governance, guidance and direction of the Credit Union in compliance with regulatory requirements and sound business and financial practices:

Form a solid foundation and effective guide for risk management and business operations;
Assume responsibility for the overall management and strategic direction of the Credit Union; and
Represent the interests of the membership.
